This sailboat was created during a season of letting go.

Creating it became a way to release what I couldn’t put into words.

It holds the feeling of realizing that even when someone you love is gone, the ocean is vast enough to hold your sorrow yet strong enough to carry you forward.

Through the creation process, I learned that loss can arrive in waves, but so can clarity.

This piece is about trusting that something larger is holding you.
